Losing weight is hard.
If you want to lose weight, here’s all you have to do:
- Work out every day
- Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight (or 2.2 grams per kilogram of bodyweight)
- Eat often, but never that much
- Drink lots of water (“pale pee by 3PM”)
- Remove anything sweet from your diet
