Losing weight is hard.

If you want to lose weight, here’s all you have to do:

  • Work out every day
  • Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight (or 2.2 grams per kilogram of bodyweight)
  • Eat often, but never that much
  • Drink lots of water (“pale pee by 3PM”)
  • Remove anything sweet from your diet

That’s it.
