I’ve put together a few mobility circuits to help your body stay loose, increase your flexibility, and not have to mess around with the computer too much while you do it.

Each of these is a follow-along video, meaning you should be able to just hit play and do what I do. I throw in some explanations so you can understand WHY we’re doing these exercises while you’re resting. If I ramble on too long, I apologize.
