I just wanted to reach out and say that I’ve been following you for for a while now and I’ve really noticed progression in the way that you coach and teach and it’s helped shaped me as a trainer. I very much respect and appreciate what you’ve done for the industry.
In reading and watching your videos/posts you’ve clearly got a very expansive knowledge of how the body works but not only that you can take that that knowledge and break it down into usable chunks with language that meets the client where they’re at and that’s something I want and need to be able to do. I want to expand on my anatomical knowledge because that is the basis of what we do and the other side of the coin is I want to learn from you on how to take that knowledge and experience and meet the client where they’re at and not use all the fancy science terms that we tend to get caught up in to “show off knowledge”. I’m very much a believer that if you can’t explain something to a client without using those big crazy words, then you don’t really have to master of that subject and I want mastery of the subjects I’m curious about to better serve my clients.
I really just want to learn from the best, and surround myself by individuals who are smarter than me. I love the way you communicate, cue and coach and I do my best to emulate you and your approach to coaching.
