Body Composition: Measure Your Muscle Mass and Body Fat Percentage

Body composition is your body fat percentage.

The best way to measure body composition is to have someone else do it for you. Do a Google search to find a provider.

DEXA, air displacement, and multi-site skinfold measurements are all good choices.

Bioelectrical impedance (like through your scale) is convenient, can be precise, but is usually not very accurate.

Getting Huge While Moving Well

I just saw a comment on one of my daily YouTube videos that shook me.

It’s not that it was particularly scary or outrageous… it just reminded me so much of me.

How do you get huge while nursing your body? Is it even possible?

How do you treat that nagging shoulder/elbow/hip/back/etc but still have fun in the gym?

Muscle Soreness

Working out makes you sore. Consistent working out makes you less and less sore over time. Sleep and good nutrition help your muscles recover.

You’ve just decided it’s time to be a new you. You’re tired of gasping for air on the stairs, not fitting in your clothes, and feeling weak.

So you order up a trainer and he or she kicks your butt (probably not literally). You’re doing things you’ve never done before.
